Front-end node(s) can be reserved on core-hours basis. The above table shows the total core-hours a user can make reservation(s) in one month. Expressions in [ ] of all plans are aligned at CPUs (cores) * 24 hours in the table, but the actual reservations can be made by an arbitrary combination of cores and hours.

For example, the following combinations are acceptable in Plan S.
Case1: a reservation of 18 cores * 48 hours (= 864 core-hours)
Case2: a reservation of 4 core * 96 hours (= 384 core-hours)
Case3: a reservation of 18 cores * 24 hours (= 432 core-hours) and another reservation of 36 cores * 12 hours (= 432 core-hours)

Notes

  • If the R.I.I.T. approves a particular use of our computer resource for objectives other than academic research and/or education, special rates (which is different from the above table) will be applied.
    With respect to the fees for industrial use, please check this page (in Japanese).
