１．ノード予約システムにおけるポイント減算処理不具合について

平素より研究用計算機システムの運用にご理解とご協力を賜り、誠にありがとうございます。

このたび、ノード予約システムの運用に関し、本来行われるべきポイント減算処理が実施されていない事象が確認されました。
調査の結果、システム上の処理不具合により、ノード予約利用分のポイント減算が適切に反映されていなかったことが判明いたしました。

本件につきまして学内で検討を行った結果、以下のとおり運用方針を決定いたしましたので、お知らせいたします。

【運用方針】
1．本不具合により減算処理が行われていなかったノード予約システム利用実績分のポイントについては、遡及して請求は行いません。

2．2026年1月26日（月）以降のノード予約システム利用実績分より、各利用者が保有するポイントから減算する運用に変更しております。

Thank you for your continued understanding and cooperation in the operation of the research computing systems.

We have identified an issue in the operation of the node reservation system, in which point deductions 
that should have been applied were not processed as intended.
Our investigation revealed that, due to a system processing error, 
points corresponding to node reservation usage were not properly deducted.

After internal review and discussion, we have decided on the following operational policy and would like 
to inform you accordingly.

Operational Policy

1.Points corresponding to past node reservation system usage that were not deducted due to this issue 
will not be retroactively charged.

2.For node reservation system usage from January 26, 2026 onward, points will be deducted 
from each user’s available point balance in accordance with normal operation.
