2026年度の研究用計算機システムの利用申請を、2026年3月より受付いたします。
利用を希望される場合は、利用申請ポータルから申請を行ってください。
なお、2026年度よりポイントの有効期限が変更となりますのでご注意ください。

今年度ご利用のアカウント、データを引き続き利用される場合は、
利用申請ポータルからプロジェクト代表者あるいは代表者代理のユーザーが
次年度への更新申請を行ってください。
・新規利用の方
2026年4月から計算機システムの新規利用を希望される方は、
利用申請ポータルから新規プロジェクトの作成を行ってください。

【注意事項】
利用者が「非居住者」あるいは「特定類型該当性あり」である場合は
計算機利用に係る確認書の提出が必要であり、審査のため最大1ヶ月程度

玄界のポイント有効期限を、2026年4月より以下のとおり変更します。

購入月を含めて6ヶ月後の月末、または年度末のいずれか早い日まで
【変更後】
購入した年度の年度末まで
なお、ポイントの「年度をまたいだ繰り越し」および「払い戻し」は、
引き続き不可となっております。

1. Notice of Application for FY2026 Computer System Use and Change in Point
Expiration Policy
Applications for the FY2026 Research Computing System will open in March 2026.
If you wish to use the system, please submit your application through the
Application Portal.
Please note that the point expiration policy will change starting in FY2026.

▼ Application Period for FY2026: From March 2026
For Continuing Users
If you wish to continue using your current account and data, the project
representative or an authorized proxy must submit a renewal application for
the next fiscal year via the Application Portal.
For New Users
If you plan to start using the computing system from April 2026, please create
a new project through the Application Portal:

[Important]
If a user is classified as a “Non-Resident” or “Applicable to Specific
Categories,” submission of a confirmation document related to computing system
usage is required.
Please note that account issuance for the supercomputer may be delayed by up to
approximately one month due to the review process.

▼ Change in Point Expiration Policy (Effective April 2026)
The expiration policy for Genkai points will be revised as follows:

Points are valid until the earlier of:
- The end of the month six months after the month of purchase (including the
purchase month), or
- The end of the fiscal year.
[Revised Policy]
Points will be valid until the end of the fiscal year in which they were
purchased.
Please note that point carryover to the next fiscal year and refunds will
continue to be unavailable.
