１．2023度の計算機利用申請の受付について
★☆注意事項☆★
現行システムの運用が終了するため、2024年3月は利用することができません。
利用期限は最長でも2024年2月までとなります。
新システムは2024年7月より稼働開始予定です。
2023年度に利用された方は、2024年3～6月の間、現行システムのストレージに
アクセスすることが可能です。
システム更新後、新システムの利用申請を行った方は、7～9月の間、新システム上
から現行システムのストレージにアクセスすることが可能です。
基本フロントエンドおよび大容量フロントエンドの共有タイプサービスについては、
システムの再リースに伴う部材確保・保守維持が困難であるため、2023年度はサー
ビスを提供することができません。これまでご利用いただいていた皆さまに対して
は誠に恐縮ですが、どうかご理解頂けますようお願いします。
基本フロントエンドおよび大容量フロントエンドの共有タイプのみでITOを使用され
ていた方については、2023年4月以降はストレージへのアクセスが不可となります。
2023年4月以降もストレージへのアクセスを希望される方はサブシステムAまたはBと
ストレージをあわせてお申し込みください。
■継続利用申請について
* 2022年度に共有タイプを申請された利用者
本日時点で、年度末までの計算機システムの利用をご申請頂いている一般利用者
（共有タイプ）には、課題代表者に対し1月中旬に計算機利用申請書（継続）を電子
データにて送付しますので、引き続き共有での利用を希望される方は2月17日(金)
【必着】までに記入して全国共同利用担当宛に郵送してください。
電子データでの送付については、各課題代表者にメールにてお知らせいたします。
* 2022年度にノード固定タイプを申請された利用者
計算機利用申請書(継続)の郵送および電子データの送付は行いません。
後述の新規利用申請を行って下さい。
計算機利用報告書は次のURLの成果報告システムにアクセスし、利用報告を登録して
ください。
研究用計算機システムのアカウントでログイン可能です。

■新規利用申請について
2023年4月から計算機システムの新規利用を希望される方は、以下のとおり受付
を行います。
* 計算機利用申請書の種類
・共有タイプ
計算機資源を他のユーザと共有してご利用いただきます。
・ノード固定タイプ
割り当てられた計算機資源を準占有的にご利用いただけます。
※資源が利用されていない時間に、他ユーザの短時間(最長1時間)のジョブが
流れる場合があります。
* 受 付
・共有タイプの申請は随時受付します。
一次締切は2月17日(金)【必着】になります。
それ以降に受け付ける申請は4月頭からの利用開始に間に合わない場合があります。

特に本学の電力需要が高まる7月第一週および8月第一週に関しては、
ノード固定タイプの提供を停止させていただく場合がございます。
該当期間もご利用の場合は、上述の停止期間をご了承の上申請ください。
今年度に引き続き利用を希望される方は申請を行う際に成果報告システム
での利用報告の登録をお願いします。
資源調整を行う場合は、今年度の利用状況および利用報告の内容を参考と
する場合があります。

提出が必要であり、審査のため最大1ヶ月程度利用承認書の発行が遅れます。

New Usage Application
