Basic Fee

The basic fee is a mandatory monthly fee required to use the Genkai system.

  • The basic fee includes the right to use 1 TB of storage.
  • Payment of the basic fee alone is not permitted; users must apply together with either the shared-node type or dedicated-node type.

Point Validity and Usage Rules

  • Validity period: Until the end of the fiscal year of purchase
(Points expire after the validity period.)
  • Carryover: Not allowed
  • Refunds: Not allowed (regardless of whether points are used or unused)
  • Usage of less than one node or less than one hour is charged proportionally based on actual usage.

Example of Point Consumption

Using 60 cores (half a node) in Node Group A for 20 minutes → 5 points consumed

【Important】Application and Point Purchase Deadlines

The deadline for usage applications and point purchase applications is the 23rd of each month.
*For April, December, and February, the deadline is the 15th.*
If the application deadline has passed, applications can be submitted for usage starting from the following month onward.

Important restrictions regarding March
Due to accounting procedures, the following applications cannot be accepted:

  • Applications for usage during March (excluding applications for the next fiscal year)
  • Projects with a usage period limited only to March
  • Point purchase applications with point allocation starting in March

If you wish to start using the system from March, you must apply by February.

Therefore, the final application deadline for usage within the fiscal year is February 15.

Notes

  • All fees listed above include consumption tax.
  • Points are consumed based on actual usage time and resource allocation for each node group.
  • Partial-month usage is counted as one full month; fees are not prorated.

Payment of Usage Fees

Usage fees are invoiced in a lump sum after approval of the usage application or point purchase application,
based on the usage start month or point allocation month.
