１．2025度の計算機利用申請の受付について
来年度の利用申請は3月から受付けます。
利用を希望される場合は利用申請ポータルから申請を行ってください。
■継続利用申請について
今年度ご利用のアカウント、データを引き続き利用される場合は、
利用申請ポータルからプロジェクト代表者あるいは代表者代理のユーザーが
次年度への更新申請を行ってください。
■新規利用申請について
2025年4月から計算機システムの新規利用を希望される方は、
利用申請ポータルから新規プロジェクトの作成を行ってください。

利用者が「非居住者」あるいは「特定類型該当性あり」である場合は
計算機利用に係る確認書の提出が必要であり、審査のため最大1ヶ月程度
スーパーコンピュータアカウントの発行が遅れます。
■ノード固定タイプについて
ノード固定タイプの申請を希望される方は以下URLのFormsから希望資源量等の
必要事項を入力してください。入力締め切りは3月7日(金)までです。

ノード固定タイプで募集する計算機資源は以下のとおりです。
対象：ノードグループA 固定1ノード～16ノード
期間：2025年4月～2025年9月(最小1ヵ月単位)
なお、ノード固定タイプは利用希望が非常に多いため、希望の資源量を提供できず、
縮小したノード数をご提案させていただく場合があります。
申請者とセンター間で調整を行い、最終的に合意されたノード数が決定されます。
ノード数が決定された後は4月15日(火)までに利用申請ポータルから申請ください。
[ノード固定タイプ申請の流れ]
1.申請者が希望ノード数をFormsから入力する。
2.センターが提供ノード数を通知する。(ノード数の縮小で調整する場合あり)
3.申請者が利用申請ポータルから調整後のノード数でノード固定タイプを申請する。
4.申請者(利用者)が鍵ファイル等の準備を整え、利用を開始する。
★☆要注意☆★
例年、夏季には九州電力より各機関へ節電が要請されておりますが、
特に本学の電力需要が高まる7月第一週および8月第一週に関しては、
ノード固定タイプの提供を停止させていただく場合がございます。
該当期間もご利用の場合は、上述の停止期間をご了承の上申請ください。
今年度に引き続き利用を希望される方は申請を行う際に成果報告システム
での利用報告の登録をお願いします。
資源調整を行う場合は、今年度の利用状況および利用報告の内容を参考と
する場合があります。
■成果報告について
研究用計算機システムを利用した研究成果のうち、成果報告がお済みでないものが
ございましたら次のURLのフォームから利用報告を登録してください。

■サービス停止期間について
原則として1年に4回、最大一週間程度、定期保守を実施いたします。詳細な日程は
確定次第、メール、Webサイト、ログインメッセージでお知らせいたします。

■About the node fixed type
If you wish to apply for a fixed node type, please enter the required information such as the amount of resources you require in the forms at the following URL. The deadline for entry is Friday, 7th March.

The computer resources offered for the fixed node type are as follows.
Subject: Node Group A, fixed 1 node to 16 nodes
Period: April 2025 to September 2025 (minimum 1 month)
Please note that due to the high demand for fixed node types, we may not be able to provide the requested amount of resources and may have to propose a reduced number of nodes.
The final number of nodes will be determined after coordination between the applicant and the centre.

[Fixed Node Type Application Process]
1. The applicant enters the number of nodes they wish to use in the Forms.
2. The centre notifies the number of nodes to be provided. (In some cases, the number of nodes may be reduced to make adjustments.)
3. The applicant applies for the fixed node type with the adjusted number of nodes via the application portal.
4. The applicant (user) prepares the key file, etc., and begins using the service.

Every year, Kyushu Electric Power Company requests that each organisation save electricity during the summer, and in particular, during the first week of July and the first week of August when the demand for electricity at our university is high, we may have to stop providing the fixed node type.
