１．2025年度後期のノード固定タイプ計算機利用申請の募集について

2025年度後期に提供するノード固定タイプの利用課題を、以下のとおり募集します。

■ 募集対象の計算機資源（ノード固定タイプ）
・対象
ノードグループA　固定1ノード～16ノード
・利用期間
2025年10月～2026年3月（最小1ヵ月単位）

なお、玄界では3月のみ利用する申請は経理処理の都合によりお受けできません。
3月の利用を希望する場合は、利用開始日を遅くとも2026年2月としてください。

■ノード固定タイプの申請方法
ノード固定タイプの申請を希望される方は、以下のFormsから
希望資源量等の必要事項を入力してください。
入力締め切りは9月9日(火)までです。

なお、ノード固定タイプは利用希望が非常に多いため、希望の資源量を提供できず、
縮小したノード数をご提案させていただく場合があります。
申請者とセンター間で調整を行い、最終的に合意されたノード数が決定されます。
ノード数が決定された後は10月15日(水)までに利用申請ポータルから申請ください。

■ノード固定タイプ申請の流れ
1.申請者が希望ノード数をFormsから入力する。
2.センターが提供ノード数を通知する。(ノード数の縮小で調整する場合あり)
3.申請者が利用申請ポータルから調整後のノード数でノード固定タイプを申請する。
4.申請者(利用者)が鍵ファイル等の準備を整え、利用を開始する。
※2025年度前期から継続して後期も利用を希望される方は、申請時に成果報告システム
での利用報告の登録をお願いいたします。
資源の調整を行う際には、前期の利用状況および報告内容を参考とする場合があります。

■成果報告について
研究用計算機システムを利用した研究成果のうち、成果報告がお済みでないものが
ございましたら次のURLのフォームから利用報告を登録してください。

■サービス停止期間について
原則として1年に4回、最大一週間程度、定期保守を実施いたします。
詳細な日程は確定次第、メール、Webサイト、ログインメッセージでお知らせいたします。

We are now accepting applications for fixed node type computer use in the second half of fiscal year 2025 as follows.

■ Eligible Computer Resources (Fixed Node Type)
・Eligible
Node Group A: Fixed 1 node to 16 nodes
・Usage Period
October 2025 to March 2026 (minimum 1 month)

Please note that applications for use only in March cannot be accepted due to accounting processing constraints.
If you wish to use the service in March, please set the start date to no later than February 2026.

■ Application procedure for fixed node type
If you wish to apply for the fixed node type, please fill out the following form
with the necessary information, such as the desired resource amount.
The deadline for applications is Tuesday, September 9.

Please note that due to high demand for the fixed node type, we may not be able to provide the requested resource amount and
may propose a reduced number of nodes.
The final number of nodes will be determined through coordination between the applicant and the center.
Once the number of nodes is determined, please submit your application through the usage application portal by October 15 (Wed).

■Fixed Node Type Application Process
1. The applicant enters the desired number of nodes via the Forms.
2. The center notifies the applicant of the number of nodes to be provided. (Adjustments may be made to reduce the number of nodes.)
3. The applicant applies for the fixed node type via the usage application portal with the adjusted number of nodes.
4. The applicant (user) prepares the necessary files (e.g., key files) and begins usage.
※For those wishing to continue usage in the second semester of the 2025 academic year, please register your usage report in the 成果報告システム (Results Reporting System)
at the time of application.
When adjusting resources, we may refer to the usage status and report contents from the previous semester.

■About results reporting
If you have any research results obtained using the research computer system for which you have not yet submitted a results report,
please register your usage report using the form at the following URL.

■Service suspension period
In principle, regular maintenance will be performed four times a year for up to one week.
Detailed schedules will be announced by email, on the website, and via login messages once they are finalized.
