◆ 新規のNextcloud利用について

玄界でのNextcloudの実利用アカウント数を正確に把握するため、
9月末の保守作業以降に新しくNextcloudの利用を開始するスーパーコンピュータアカウントでは、
利用準備として以下を行っていただくことになりました。
なお、今までに Nextcloudを一度でも使ったことのあるスーパーコンピュータアカウントでは、
これらの手順は不要です。

１．対象のスーパーコンピュータアカウントのパスワードをまだ設定していない場合、
　　利用申請ポータルにポータルアカウントでログインし、
　　「パスワード変更/公開鍵管理」でパスワードを設定してください。

２．玄界のログインノード、もしくは Open OnDemandのShell Accessで
　　以下のコマンドを実行してください。
　　 enable_nextcloud
　　実行時にパスワードの入力を求められるので、
　　1.で設定したパスワードを入力してください。

３．上記コマンド実行後、10分以内に Nextcloudを利用可能となります。

◆ Getting Started with Nextcloud on Genkai

To accurately track the number of active Nextcloud users on Genkai,
users who use Nextcloud for the first time after the maintenance scheduled
for the end of September will need to complete the following preparation steps.
If you have used Nextcloud at least once before with your supercomputer account, these steps are not required.

1. If you have not set a password for the target supercomputer account
　 with which you want to use Nextcloud yet, set a password for it as follows:

2. Log in to a Genkai login node or access the shell through Open OnDemand,

 　enable_nextcloud
